New Traditions

I can still remember reading the Precious moments Night time Bible stories. I am so excited to get to start that tradition with my kids. My parents just brought the book over tonight. Both of our kids LOVE reading so im sure they will be totally into it when we start tomorrow. They even gave me two other children's Bibles to read to them as well. I figure as they get older we read the other Bibles! Cant wait!!

With New Strength Comes New Trials...

Charlly has now developed a new state of awareness. And with that comes the desire to no longer want to sleep. We have been pushing through the last few nights to fall asleep. Prior to this, He would fall asleep without ever making a noise, and suddenly he wants to scream for hours!!! Oh my goodness. This boy has a set of lungs and is unwilling to give up. But I am staying firm and not rocking him to sleep..It is so hard to listen to your baby scream at night! But I know by doing this we are going to make everything easier.

Lets see if i remember how to blog!

Sorry it has been so long! I kinda forget about my blog :S opps.... It doesnt help that i have two babies running around all the time, its hard enough trying to keep up with them let alone my blog...but i am now determined to keep everything updated.

So, Audrina is running every where and having the time of her life. She is fully potty trained now (since 16 months old) She is talking like crazy and we are having the funnest time ever with her!!! She is a bundle of energy, thats for sure!!

Charlly is our little cuddle bug! Our chunky monkey, is doing great, minus a little health scare. We recently found out that he has a bulge in his soft spot (possible a sign of water on the brain) but after a CAT scan we found out everything is fine. In the last week or so the bulge has actually gone away! Praise the Lord!!! Thank you to everyone who has been praying for him. He is now sitting up and rolling all around the room. I am sure in no time he will be crawling around like crazy.

So, thats the kids. Cody and I have just been trying to keep up with the wonderful craziness of our lives. We are spending lots of time at the cottage, and camping as well! We are really enjoying our family time this summer!!
